Jenis pernapasan :

4 ) Pernapasan abdomen normal / pernapasan perut metode buddha .

Pernapasan abdomen normal / penapasan perut itu , latihan menggerakan abdomen ini di sebut juga Forn Tong yang berarti kembali ke masa kecil .

D ) Memperbanyak supply Chi air .

Hal ini jelas berhubungan dengan proses konversi jieng Chi .

Pernapasan ini di lakukan dengan cara bernapas :
Melalui hidung perlahan-lahan dan lembut . sambil memperbesar perut .
Kemudian mengeluarkan secara perlahan-lahan sambil mengempiskan perut , tapi tak perlu terlalu kempis .
Dapat di lakukan dengan duduk / berdiri / berbaring / bersila .
