History: It is said that Tai Zu Quan is a branch of martial art dating back to the Emperor's court in the Song dynasty. Later in the Ming dynasty, documents stated that Tai Zu Quan had thirty-two long shadow forms. It is a powerful style, with small, stable movements, hard strikes and quick forward steps.
